My journey

Gabriella experienced the impact of emotional wounds firsthand: low self-esteem, the need for acceptance, fear of failure, depression, and suicidal ideation. Even after achieving professional success, she realized that no external accomplishment could sustain an identity still marked by rejection. The crisis that could have paralyzed her became the beginning of a profound rebuilding process. Her message, the Curadas Method, and her mission to guide women from understanding their roots to governing their own lives were born from that journey.

Crises are
opportunities in disguise.

Gabriella Tomaz is a Christian educator and communicator and the creator of Curadas.

Her message brings neuroscience, faith, and emotional intelligence together to help women recognize inner patterns, understand their emotional roots, and sustain decisions with greater maturity, discernment, and responsibility.

Drawing on a real journey of transformation, Gabriella developed an approach based on Mapping, Root, and Governance, guiding women to stop living under the rule of pain and take a more conscious stance toward their own story.

Her communication is firm, sensitive, and practical: it welcomes pain without feeding victimhood; speaks about faith without religious performance; and translates emotions, behavior, and spirituality into decisions that are possible in real life.

“Your story explains what was built within you, but your decisions define what will continue to be built.”

A question before we continue

What has been governingyour life?

Perception before decision

Your story influences how you perceive, react, and decide. It does not have to keep writing your future on its own.

Hiring Gabi to speak at our International Women’s Day event was one of the best decisions we made. She did not simply deliver a talk; she created an experience of deep reflection. Our team was deeply impacted by the sensitive yet firm way she spoke about self-responsibility, agency, and a change in mindset. The main message was clear: the past may explain part of our story, but it does not have to determine our future. It was an invitation for every woman to take ownership of her own life, transforming pain into learning, challenges into growth, and responsibility into freedom. It was a talk that strengthened, inspired, and sparked conversations that continued inside the company for days. I recommend Gabi to organizations that want to create genuine change in people.

A profound, human message capable of reaching diverse audiences.

“It was a light, elegant, profound, and memorable presentation. Florescer ended that day, but her message stayed with all of us.”

Some professionals master a subject. Others master the art of communication. That is exactly what Gabriella demonstrated at Florescer, at Fazenda Bocaina. Anyone who follows the Curadas project knows that she shares her faith with great truth and sensitivity. Precisely because we knew her work, we made a specific request: this time, the talk should not be approached through a religious lens. Not because that would be a problem—quite the opposite—but because the purpose of the gathering was to bring together professionals of different beliefs and offer a reflection that could reach everyone without limiting their willingness to listen. With very little time to prepare the content, Gabriella understood the essence of the gathering and created an exceptionally sensitive, intelligent, and human talk. She spoke about purpose, power, responsibility, and the transformation our work can create in people’s lives. She also led us to reflect on our profession in a completely different way. The phrase “being at the top does not have to be lonely” was one of those lines that remain with you. Without losing her essence. Without ceasing to move people. Without needing to rely on religious discourse to touch everyone deeply. It was a light, elegant, profound, and memorable presentation—the kind that makes an audience fall silent to listen and continue reflecting long afterward. I can say with complete sincerity that it was one of the highlights of the event. Thank you for accepting this last-minute challenge and for transforming a simple brief into such a truthful, unique, and memorable talk. It was a privilege to have you with us. Florescer ended that day, but your message stayed with all of us.
